Ordering from COLLEKT PARIS is intentionally simple. You choose an item, select your size, then complete your order in a few steps.
All items offered are 100% authentic, sourced from official brands and certified suppliers, and delivered with their original tags and packaging.
You can easily pay for your order via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay. For more flexibility, 4-interest-free installment payments are also available via Klarna.
Each transaction is protected to guarantee a risk-free purchase.

Your order is carefully prepared and then shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Once processed, it will be delivered to you quickly according to the chosen method.
Two delivery options are available:
— VIP Delivery: 24 hours to 3 business days
— Standard Delivery: 3 to 5 business days
Shipments are handled by recognized carriers (DHL, FedEx or UPS), selected for their reliability. Delivery is free for purchases of €150 or more.
Below this amount, fees are calculated automatically based on your destination:
— France: €7.95 (standard) / €12.95 (express)
— European Union: €22 (standard)
We deliver in metropolitan France as well as throughout the European Union. As soon as your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to you by email. You can also track your order at any time directly from our dedicated tracking page.

You have 14 days after receipt to return your item. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags intact. Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues, subject to availability in the desired size.
To make a request, simply go to your customer area or use our contact form. We will then guide you through the next steps.
After receiving and checking the item, the refund will be processed within a few days. Depending on your bank, it may take between 5 and 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
You can order without creating an account. Creating an account simply allows you to track your orders more easily.
